PrimeCare Health Services Group Inc.will
develop for each of its clients a custom network of primary care
providers, specialists, ancillary providers and facilities to meet the
criteria established in the new Medical Provider Network
regulations effective in 2005. Each MPN will target specific payor
identified health care providers that have historically worked to
deliver cost effective, quality healthcare to meet the needs of injured
or ill employees. These providers will be required to work within the
confines of the MPN regulations to manage referrals to recognized
specialists and abide by all medically accepted healthcare protocols as
required by the evidence based medicine guidelines, including but not
limited to the American College of Environmental and Occupational
Medicine, where applicable.
PrimeCare Health Services Group Inc.
will make available an MPN that can be certified by the department of
Managed Health Care to fill in any gaps that may exist when a Medical
Provider Network Plan is submitted for approval by an employer or
payor, or other legally recognized entity as per the new Labor Code
regulations.
In addition, PCHSGI will
aid in the structuring and filing of a payor specific Medical Provider
Network Plan and work to aid in its implementation and integration in
to the Utilization Review, Bill Review, Case Management and client's
claims management systems.
PCHSGI has years of experience in the delivery of quality healthcare products to payors and will
